Uwielbiam wspólne gotowanie, każdy pomocnik jest mile widziany w mojej kuchni. Mamy taki swój zwyczaj, że pizzę przygotowujemy zawsze razem z Pawłem. Tym razem zaprosiłam do zabawy również rodziców. Razem z mamą wybrałam się na zakupy do Intermarche, który był sponsorem gotowania, a gdzie dostałam dobrej jakości składniki. Wszyscy przygotowaliśmy składniki do pizzy, tata zagniatał i wałkował ze mną ciasto, mama przygotowywała sos pomidorowy, a potem ze mną układała składniki na pizzy. Wszyscy byliśmy w mące i było wesoło :). Przygotowaliśmy jesienną pizzę.
Pizza z gruszką, orzechami, camembertem i czerwoną cebulą
ciasto:
1 i 3/4 szklanki mąki
3/4 szklanki ciepłej wody
2 łyżeczki suchych drożdży
2 łyżeczki oliwy
3/4 łyżeczki soli
1/4 łyżeczki cukru
sos pomidorowy:
400 ml passaty pomidorowej
łyżka oliwy
cebula
sól, pieprz
bazylia/oregano
2 ząbki czosnku
dodatki:
starty żółty ser
2/3 gruszki
camembert wędzony
czerwona cebula
kilka orzechów włoskich
prosciutto
zioła prowansalskie
Wszystkie składniki na ciasto razem wyrobić i odstawić na godzinę w ciepłym miejscu.
W tym czasie w rondlu rozgrzać oliwę, dodać posiekaną drobno cebulę i ząbki czosnku – podsmażyć.
Dolać passatę pomidorową, doprawić solą, pierzem i ziołami.
Gotować aż sos zgęstnieje – wystudzić.
Ciasto ponownie wyrobić, następnie wywałkować na dwa placki, jak najcieniej – przełożyć je na blachę wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia (jeśli mamy kamień do pieczenia pizzy to wywałkowane pizze położyć na drewnianej łopatce/desce wysypanej mąką).
Na cieście rozsmarować sos pomidorowy, który przykryć warstwą startego sera.
Układać dodatki – plasterki gruszek i cebuli, kawałki camemberta, szynkę prosciutto i rozsypać kilka orzeszków włoskich oraz zioła prowansalskie.
Piec przez 15 minut w temp. 200 st.C, a przez 5 minut podpiec przy funkcji grilla.

Jestem ciekaw jak smakuje taka pizza "mix". Połączenie słodkiego z ostrym często jest bardzo kontrowersyjnym pomysłem, lubię nie powiem ale np ananas w pizzy, którego nie jest dużo.
